Interpret fashion trends and design monthly panel submissions, develop products directly with oversea factories. Clients include No Boundary label for Wal-Mart, Style & Co for Macy's, Rite-Aid, and Meijer. Responsibilities including trend and market presentations, technical rendering manipulation and daily communication with art director, clients and oversea vendors.

Artist-in-Residence: worked with fifth-grade art classes for a semester.

Student activities at CAA: Studio Council President, Student Art Auction Chair, Interdisciplinary critique club.

Summer Faculty: planned a six-week curriculum and taught metals to high school and junior high students, including piercing, soldering, filing, marriage of metals, inlay, chain-making, and enameling. Desk critiques, design development and slide lectures.

Designed jewelry and accessories for fashion-oriented national apparel companies, clients include Chico’s, Kohl’s, Express, Limited, American Eagle, Urban Outfitter’s, BeBe, and White House & Black Market. Managed projects, researched and interpreted trends. Traveled to Hong Kong and mainland China twice yearly to source and analyze new materials, design and assist in production.

Jewelry Designer: created accessories and closures for the Apparel Department Senior Collection.
